Return & Exchange Policy – Gemini Fragrances

At Gemini Fragrances, we always strive to keep our customers satisfied and ensure a pleasant and secure shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange or return a product for any reason, so we have created a clear and fair policy for everyone. Please read the following terms carefully:

Eligible Products

The return and exchange policy applies to all products available in our store, except the 10 ml size, which is considered a trial/sample size and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Request Period

  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Your request will be reviewed and approved or declined within the same period, God willing.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused and unopened).
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side (such as sending the wrong product), please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return & Exchange Fees

  • An amount of 150 Egyptian Pounds (EGP) will be deducted from the refunded amount as administrative and pickup delivery fees.
  • The customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs if a replacement product is requested.

Process

  • Once your request is approved, our delivery representative will contact you to schedule a pickup from your address.
  • The product will be collected within 3–5 business days from the approval date.
  • After the product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the required conditions, the refund (after deducting fees) will be processed or the replacement product will be shipped, according to your preference.
